1. Returns & Refunds Overview
At BubbleSoda.lk, we ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Our policy complies with Sri Lanka’s Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) guidelines and integrates seamlessly with PayHere’s payment gateway.

2. Eligibility
Time Frame:

7-Day Returns: Initiate returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

CO₂ Cylinders: Exchange empty cylinders within 90 days (safety seal must be intact).

Condition:

Machines (e.g., carbonators) must show no signs of use.
Flavor syrups must be unopened and within expiration date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Log into your BubbleSoda.lk account → “Order History” → Select item(s).
Step 2: Click “Request Return” and upload photos of the product.
Step 3: Receive a PayHere Return Authorization Code via SMS/email within 24hrs.

5. Refund Process via PayHere
Approved Refunds: Processed through PayHere within 5 business days.

Timeline: Reflects in your bank account within 3-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: Issued if returned items are damaged or incomplete.

Denied Refunds: Notified via email with evidence (e.g., usage signs).

6. CO₂ Cylinder Exchange Program
In-Store: Swap empties at BubbleSoda partner stores (Keells, Arpico, OGF).

Online: Use the “Cylinder Exchange” portal for doorstep pickup (LKR 250 fee).

7. Shipping Costs

Defective/damaged items    Free return label (BubbleSoda covers cost)
Change of mind    Customer pays return shipping (LKR 500–1,200 via Aramex)

8. Exchanges
Defective Products: Contact support@bubblesoda.lk within 7 days for replacements.

Include video evidence of defects (e.g., leaking syrup bottles).

Wrong Items: Free replacement shipped within 48hrs (Colombo/Kandy).

9. PayHere Integration Compliance
All refunds comply with PayHere’s API requirements:
